肖燕妮,西安交通大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計學(xué)院副院長,、數(shù)學(xué)與生命科學(xué)交叉研究中心主任,、博士生導(dǎo)師,主要從事數(shù)據(jù)和問題驅(qū)動的傳染病動力學(xué)的研究,。 參與完成了國家“十一五”,、“十二五”和“十三五”科技重大專項(xiàng)艾滋病領(lǐng)域的建模研究。 主持國家自然科學(xué)基金7項(xiàng),,包括重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),、重點(diǎn)國際合作1項(xiàng),主持科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)課題1項(xiàng),。2022年至今任中國生物數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)委員會主任,,2020年起任國務(wù)院第八屆學(xué)科評議組成員(數(shù)學(xué))
報告內(nèi)容:
Accurately modeling an emerging infectious disease presents us a great challenge. In this talk I initially introduce some hot research issues in epidemiology when facing the outbreak of infectious diseases, then introduce our work on investigation of COVID-19 infection, the impact of resumption of work and population flow on the possible outbreaks and etc, by fitting the proposed model to the multi-source data. Finally, I shall present our recent work to illustrate the AI4ME (AI for mathematical epidemiology), and give some concluding remarks.
